As a consulting hypnotist, I use the hypnotic arts and science to aid my clients in addressing challenging issues and problems.
My hypnosis methodology is based on the curriculum outlined by the National Guild of Hypnotists.
While working with a client, equipment is used to measure the depth of hypnosis. Additionally, sound and light technology is used to enhance the hypnotic session and increase its effectiveness.
All sessions are recorded and a copy of the session can be provided to the client for reinforcement. Custom CDs or MP3s can be created upon request for an additional fee.
I follow the NGH Code of Ethics and a copy of my Client Bill of Rights is provided to each new client to review before commencement of session(s).
Some examples where hypnosis can aid the client:
- Pain management
- Pre-op and Post-op preparation
- Lessening the side effects of various cancer therapies.
- Aid in lessening the effects of chronic pain
Other client concerns which hypnosis has helped:
- Weight management
- Stress reduction
- Sports and personal performance
- Improving study habits and memory retention
- Improving mental recall.
- Public speaking
- Self confidence and self image
- Improved sleeping habits
- and much more
Note: A Doctor Referral may be needed when working with issues associated with medical conditions.
I operate a low overhead practice, which enables me to keep my fees affordable. Prospective clients are not required to sign a contract for a set amount of sessions, but I do reserve the right to recommend a course of action that would work best with multiple sessions. Your history will be taken and your hypnotic response will be tested. Based on the results, I will discuss recommendations to aid you in achieving your goal(s). Payment is required prior to the beginning of the session.

I meet clients in offices in Arlington Heights, Illinois in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and in the southwest suburb of Oswego, Illinois. I can make provisions to meet a client at their office or residence by special arrangement. Traveling fees may apply.
